On 18th May 2014, the Tour de Queensbury, otherwise known as the Family Fun Rides Day, took place along the Great Northern Railway Trail, starting from the site of Queensbury's former railway station.
It was an opportunity to enjoy fresh air, good company and the fabulous landscape alongside the Trail. There was also a chance to visit the northern entrance to Queensbury Tunnel and here about progress with the campaign to save this historic structure for future use as a cycle path.
